Raven Multi Purpose Rider.

Anybody seen one of these or have any first hand experience with one? Personally, I like the idea and see a usefulness in the technology here.

Pretty cool concept, haven't seen or heard of them before.

It looks like an ATV ride on lawnmower.

I see that, not available at Lowes.com. Most reviews are outstanding with a couple really negative. I've got to get out and do some things today so I'm going to stop by the Lowe's here to see if they've got one on the floor.

I can see a ton of uses and fun, my property is not large enough to justify owning it. Thanks for posting the vid..

If they have them, take some pics if you can!

Well, I went to the Lowe's in Moline, IL. They just had the usual assortment of mowers and lawn tractors sitting around at that store. Since I was going to run across the river, I just stopped in at the Lowe's in Davenport, IA. They didn't have any sitting our either, but I did find a catalog of lawn equipment they sell, and it was in it, so I asked at the customer service desk about it. Nice lady there told me that they had gotten two of them in, but before they got them out on display, they received an email telling them not to sell them. From what she was told there had been some kind of issue with the Raven company, and they could not sell them at this time.

Anyway, it's a concept I can see as being useful and one I'd like to see developed. Two different things in the power equipment world come to mind.

For those who might remember the GE Elec-Trak series of battery powered tractors and equipment;
Elec-Trak.com

And more recently, Honda's hybrid snow blower.
Honda Snowblowers: HS1336iAS Hybrid Snowblower

The biggest problem I see with the Raven is the exclusiveness of it's sales through Lowe's. Not that I have a problem with Lowe's for any reason, but I just haven't noticed a garage with certified small engine mechanics hanging around it.

I can say, I've never seen them at any Lowes Near me...

I've seen that video before and seem to remember seeing them
in Consumer Reports with a fairly bad review...
If I remember correctly it was Something to do with faulty electrical components..
